I don’t know what to do with myself at this moment in time. I keep filling myself with things to do, daily goals, things to distract myself and not think about things. So right now my distraction technique is watching intervention. Though this is proving a hard episode to watch without feeling a bit like I have no self control or awareness, which is ridiculous really. So i’ll just shut up and hide and try pretend i’m not lonely.
